Katie was my very best friend while growing up. We kind of drifted apart during the high school years, as she went to a different high school than I did. But we reconnected after my mother’s passing in 2004 – and thanks to social media and technology in general, we’ve stayed in touch ever since.
I had the honor of attending Katie’s baby shower this past Saturday. It was held at her mom’s house, just down the street from where I grew up. Katie asked me if I would mind grabbing a few shots of the event – I was more than thrilled to do so.
